Ingredients:
- 300g pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Put diced tomatoes in the pan and let them cook for 5 to 7 minutes so the flavors can mix
Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and keep the sauce on low heat until it gets a little thicker
Add pepper and salt to taste
To make sure the pasta is evenly covered with the sauce, add it to the pan and toss it around
Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot
