Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, mix the chia seeds, fresh spinach, kale, banana, cucumber, and avocado
Add the almond milk that hasn't been sweetened
For sweetness, you can add honey or maple syrup if you want to
