Green Goddess Smoothie



With this healthy and tasty green goddess smoothie, you'll never run out of leafy greens again. With fresh spinach, kale, and other healthy ingredients, it's the best way to get the nutrients and energy you need to start the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

In a blender, mix the chia seeds, fresh spinach, kale, banana, cucumber, and avocado

Add the almond milk that hasn't been sweetened

For sweetness, you can add honey or maple syrup if you want to

Adding ice cubes will make it colder and thicker

If you need to, add more almond milk or sweetener and blend it all together until it's smooth and creamy

Put the green goddess smoothie in a glass and drink it right away! You can put extra chia seeds, a cucumber slice, or a sprig of fresh mint on top if you want to
