Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth
In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth
Sift in flour, salt, and cocoa powder, and mix until just combined
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey
Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving warm
