Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, diced tomato, chopped red onion, and chopped parsley
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad
