Dreamy Chicken and Rice



Indulge in the creamy goodness of this dreamy chicken and rice dish cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker. The blend of flavors will transport you to a culinary dreamland!

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add oregano, salt, and pepper to the chicken thighs

Cook chicken thighs in chicken broth and rice in a pressure cooker

Put the lid back on and set the timer for 8 minutes

Let the pressure go down naturally for five minutes, and then do a quick release

Throw in the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic powder, heavy cream, and open the lid

Change the setting on the pressure cooker to saut and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring every now and then

Add more salt and pepper if you like

Put the creamy chicken and rice in bowls and top them with extra Parmesan and basil

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter

Add the sliced mushrooms and onions to the skillet and saut until they are soft and browned, about 5-7 minutes

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Remove the mushroom and onion mixture from the skillet and set aside

Place 4 slices of bread on a clean surface and top each slice with a slice of Gouda cheese

Divide the sauted mushroom and onion mixture evenly among the 4 slices of bread with cheese

Top each sandwich with another slice of Gouda cheese and then place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top to form sandwiches

Heat the skillet over medium-low heat and melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter

Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Instructions:

Put quinoa, 2 cups of water, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan

Put coconut oil in a different pan and heat it over medium-low heat

Toast until golden brown, then add the chopped almonds

Mix berries and toast almonds together in a pan

Add vanilla extract and honey to the berries

For three to five minutes, stir the berries and cook until they are warm and a little soft

Use a fork to fluff up the cooked quinoa, then divide it up into bowls to serve

Mix the warm berries and nuts together and sprinkle them on top of the quinoa

Remove the water and set it aside

Set a pan on medium heat while you wait

Bring the lobster meat back to a boil and then add the cooked lobster meat

Add the cooked shells and chopped chives

Add pepper and salt to taste

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 3 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 3 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set the temperature of your stovetop griddle or grill to medium-high

Make three equal portions out of the ground beef, then shape them into burger patties

Add salt and pepper to each patty

Crispy bacon is cooked in a separate skillet

After removing the bacon, spread it out to drain on paper towels

Burger patties should be cooked on the grill for 45 minutes on each side, or until done to your preference

Stirring constantly, slowly pour the hot cream into the melted chocolate until it's smooth and well combined

Add the vanilla extract and salt and stir

Add the sugar syrup that has caramelized to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined

Once the mixture has firmed up, cover and chill for at least two hours

After the mixture solidifies, take spoonfuls and roll them into tiny balls the size of truffles

After putting them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, freeze them for roughly 20 minutes

Melt more chocolate for the coating while the truffles are frozen

Reposition the truffles on the parchment paper after dipping each one into the melted chocolate and letting any excess drip off

While the chocolate is still wet, you can choose to garnish the truffles with chopped nuts or sprinkles

To solidify the chocolate coating, refrigerate the truffles for an additional twenty minutes

Lemon Bar Pancakes

First, beat the egg in a different bowl

Then, add the melted butter, buttermilk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract

Combine well

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed

It's okay if there are lumps; don't mix it too much

Set a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to smooth it out

In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks just a little

To temper the yolks, slowly whisk in a small amount of the hot lemon mixture

After that, add the egg mix back to the saucepan and whisk it again

Stir the mixture all the time for another two to three minutes, or until it gets even thicker

Take the pan off the heat and add the butter

Mix it in until it melts and fills the pan
